A turnkey project means you hand us a site and a bird count, and we hand you back a fully operational farm. We handle the site survey, CAD layout, civil foundation, steel structure, cage installation, nipple drinking system, feeding lines, electrical coordination and staff training — under one contract, with one point of contact at Bharat Poultry Equipments.
The advantage of a turnkey approach over sourcing multiple contractors is total design coordination. The shed is designed around the cage layout. The cage layout is designed around your flock management plan. The drinking and feeding systems are designed to fit the cage geometry. When one team designs all of this together in CAD from the start, there are no gaps, no conflicts and no surprises on site.
A typical 10,000-bird layer or broiler turnkey project runs 60 to 90 days from signed order to first flock — including fabrication, delivery and installation. We give you a realistic programme at quotation, not an optimistic one.
