About Our Layer Cage Systems

Layer cages are the backbone of commercial egg production. Our multi-tier systems are designed to house laying hens in a controlled environment, maximising space utilisation while keeping management simple and litter-free. Every cage system we supply is engineered to your exact shed dimensions in CAD before a single component is fabricated.

We manufacture in 2-tier, 3-tier and 4-tier configurations. The frame is mild steel, hot-dip galvanised for corrosion resistance in Indian conditions — not painted or spray-coated. The wire mesh deck, egg roll and side panels use GI wire with a smooth weld finish to protect bird feathers and feet.

Each installation includes integrated egg roll gutters, manure boards, and alignment rails for nipple drinking lines or trough feeding systems. Our field teams handle delivery, installation, and commissioning — you don't coordinate multiple contractors.
