Water management is one of the most critical factors in poultry health and performance. Wet litter from leaking or poorly designed drinkers is the single biggest cause of footpad dermatitis, coccidiosis and respiratory disease in broiler houses. Our cup nipple drinker systems are designed to deliver water on demand with zero spillage — the cup catches any drips, the litter stays dry.
Each nipple uses a stainless steel pin that birds quickly learn to activate. Water pressure is regulated at the header line with a pressure reducer set to the correct range for the bird age and breed. We supply and install the complete line — header pipe, pressure regulator, nipple laterals and end caps — and commission the system before handing over to your team.
Our drinking systems are compatible with all cage types we supply, and can also be retrofitted to existing cage systems from other manufacturers. Pipe runs are designed to the correct gradient for flushing, with drain valves at low points to allow regular line hygiene.

Feed accounts for 65–70% of total poultry production cost. How evenly and consistently feed is distributed directly affects flock uniformity, feed conversion ratio and ultimately profitability. Manual feeding is inconsistent, labour-intensive and impossible to scale in large houses. Our chain and pan feeding systems deliver the same quantity of feed to every bird in every row, every cycle, automatically.
The chain feeding system uses a continuous loop chain running through a feed trough the full length of the shed. Feed is discharged from the silo or storage hopper onto the chain at one end and carried uniformly along the entire run. The drive motor is timer-controlled — feeding cycles are set to your flock management schedule. Power requirement is single-phase 230V, compatible with standard farm electrical supply.
We supply and install feeding systems as part of complete cage installations or as standalone retrofits to existing houses. The system is commissioned and tested with your team before handover, and we provide guidance on setting feed cycles for different bird ages and production stages.
